For Parents
OMore is a safe creative platform for children aged 8–14. We're built on the principle that you — the parent — are always in control. Here's everything you need to know.
Your child's data is never sold. Their information is never shared with advertisers, ever.
Zero behavioural advertising. No tracking, no profiling, no targeted ads — for anyone on OMore.
Your consent comes first. No child account is created without verified parental approval.
Your child owns their work. Every story, artwork, and creation belongs to your child — always.
What does OMore actually do?
OMore is a creative learning platform where children aged 8–14 build real skills — storytelling, entrepreneurship, art, journaling, quizzes, and more — guided by an AI that asks questions rather than gives answers.
- Storytelling & Narratives — Children write and publish their own stories, guided through a structured creative process with AI prompts that challenge their imagination.
- Business Builder — A 6-stage entrepreneurship journey where kids develop real business ideas, complete with problem-finding, planning, and a final pitch deck.
- Art & Design — Creative design tools that let children express themselves visually with age-appropriate digital art features.
- Quizzes & Journals — Kids create their own quiz questions and keep a personal journal, including a private Worry Jar with heightened privacy protections.
- Podcasts & Presentations — Children record audio and build presentation decks — real-world communication skills for the next generation.
- Spotlight Community — A moderated community feed where children can share their stories with peers. All content is reviewed before it's published. You can disable this feature at any time.
What data do we collect?
We collect the minimum possible. Here is exactly what we ask for, why, and whether it's required.

| Age | Apply age-appropriate privacy protections under COPPA and India's DPDP Act | Required |
| City and country | Content localisation and platform safety | Required |
| Parent / guardian email | Verifying your consent; sending account communications to you | Required |
| School name | Optional school-based friend discovery only; never shared with third parties | Optional |
| Full legal name | — | Not collected |
| Home address / phone | — | Not collected |
| Payment information | Currently, OMore is free to use. We intend to use Apple Pay and payment gateways to process payment information. We do not get to see your card details | Not collected |
Worry Jar: Content your child writes in their private Worry Jar is never published, never shared, never licensed, and is only accessible to OMore administrators in genuine child safeguarding situations.
How does the AI work?
OMore's AI Helper is a creative guide — it asks questions and sparks ideas. It never writes content for your child; your child remains the creator.
What the AI does
- Asks guiding questions to help children think deeper
- Provides creative prompts and frameworks, not answers
- Encourages the child to generate their own ideas
- Adjusts language to be age-appropriate for 8–14
- Passes all interactions through a content filtering layer
- Respects a daily token allowance to encourage healthy use
What the AI never does
- Generate stories, art, or plans on the child's behalf
- Retain memory between sessions
- Share conversations with other users
- Provide medical, legal, or personal advice
- Respond to content that fails safety filters
- Allow children to exhaust AI time without earning more
Data note: When your child uses the AI Helper, their message text is sent to our AI service provider's API for processing. Session metadata (timing, message count) is retained until account deletion. You may request a summary of your child's AI interaction history by emailing look@omore.app — we'll respond within 30 days.
Laws we comply with
We don't just meet the minimum. We apply the highest standard globally — meaning every child on OMore benefits from the strongest available protections, regardless of where they live.
- COPPA (United States) — Children's Online Privacy Protection Act. Parental consent required for children under 13 in the United States.
- DPDP Act 2023 (India) — India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act. Parental consent required for all users under 18. No behavioural tracking, targeted advertising, or profiling of any child user.
- UK Children's Code — Age Appropriate Design Code. Applied globally as our baseline — not only for UK users. This means privacy-protective default settings, minimal data collection, and no use of nudge techniques.
- GDPR (European Union) — Parents may access, correct, and delete their child's data at any time. Processing is based on parental consent under GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and Article 8.
